RI's Cicilline pushing 3 bills on student loans

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (AP) -- Rhode Island U.S. Rep. David Cicilline is co-sponsoring three bills designed to maintain low interest rates on student loans, hoping to prevent young people from ending up with excessive debt.
